I’m excited to help you or your business meet its technical challenges! I have over four years of experience working with enterprise-grade networking and server equipment in a datacenter environment, two years in internal IT for a large company, and over a decade working with consumer-level computers and electronics. I am based out of the Seattle area, and for the moment all technical services must be limited to Seattle and the surrounding area, up to a one hour drive away.
Nonprofits get a discount of 20% on all services.

Datacenter Work (Remote Hands)
I have worked professionally in datacenters for over four years. Whether you need someone to do a small piece of maintenance at your Seattle co-location, or to oversee a large-scale installation, teardown, or upgrade, I can handle it for you with efficiency and professionalism.

Open Source Consultation
Your business can save time and money by switching to free and open source software for its daily operations. I come in and we work together to assess your needs and figure out which software and hardware will work best for you. If needed I can also offer training and technical support for the new software and equipment.

Quality Engineering/Developer Support
Let me handle the grunt work so your team doesn’t have to! I can fill in the on-call role for your team, freeing up your engineers to work on new features and products. This includes both day-to-day maintenance, such as adding and removing users, as well answering questions from internal customers. I’ve done this before for a developer tools team, covering Github, Jenkins, Confluence, and JIRA. I am open to doing it for any product, including custom in-house software, assuming any necessary training is given.
This sort of work is done on a contract basis, generally for a period of 3 to 12 months.

Technical Support
General tech support for any device you own! This includes services such as repairs, debugging, and software configuration. If it’s not listed somewhere else on this page, it probably falls under this category. Most technical support is provided on-site, or, in the case of repairs, as a pick-up drop-off service for an extra fee.
